TASC is a fully licensed before-and-after school program designed to provide quality supervision for school-age children grades K-7. The TASC staff works hard to create an environment that meets the individual needs of all our children through educational, social, and recreational activities. We strive to develop an atmosphere that fosters success and teaches independence for all children.

Our goal is to provide appropriate and affordable before-and-after school child care. Both programs offer activities such as arts and crafts, athletics, reading, dramatic play, and games. The children also have supervised access to computers and we offer a separate homework room monitored by a TASC counselor. We provide a light breakfast at the before-school program and a snack at the after-school program.

TASC also offers an expanded day program on days when school is on a half-day schedule and some days when school is closed. Registration is on a day-to-day basis and requires an additional fee.

Discounts and Special Fees:

  1. Sibling fees are 50% of regular fees.
  2. You receive a 5% discount of monthly fees if you pay the entire contract at registration.
  3. There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee per family.
  4. There is a $10 fee for pick-ups more than 15 minutes late.
  5. There is a $50 fee for pick-ups after 6:30PM.
  6. There is a $10 processing fee for payments more than 5 days late.
  7. You are responsible for bank fees on checks returned for insufficient funds.

Monthly Fees:

  1. A deposit equaling one month’s regular fee is due at registration and will be applied to your June monthly fee.
  2. Monthly fees payable to TASC should be mailed to Cruger Gallaudet, Treasurer, at 11 Foothill Road, Bronxville, NY 10708, or hand delivered to Casey Brophy, Director, by the 5th of the month.
  3. If your child is absent due to illness, vacation, or early closing of school due to weather, etc., the monthly fee remains the same.  TASC will follow the school district schedule for make-up days of school closings.
  4. If you need to change the number of days your child attends TASC, please inform the Director in writing.

Expanded and Extended Programs for days when school is closed and TASC is open:

  1. Expanded Program Fees (full day): a $25 non-refundable placement fee per child ($35 if paid on the day of the program) plus $3 per hour.
  2. Extended Program Fees (from time of early dismissal until pick-up): $5 per hour; however, there is no charge if it is your child's regularly scheduled day.
  3. 24 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED for cancellations. All fees must be paid in full at time of pick-up.

TASC Scholarships:

  1.  Please submit completed forms along with the required financial information to the Treasurer or Director.

Payment Methods

ON-LINE: Add TASC, Inc as a payee to your home banking service and schedule 10 monthly payments to be delivered by the 5th of each month. 

ANNUAL PAYMENT: Pay the entire contract at registration for a 5% discount off the regular fee.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS: Provide a check each month made payable to TASC, Inc.  Checks should be received by the 1st of each month and will be deposited by the 5th of each month.  We require two monthly payments up front.  One payment will be held as a deposit which will be applied to the month of June or the last month of the contract if ending prior to June.  The other will be applied to the month of September or the first month of the contract if starting after September.

POST DATED CHECKS:

1)   Provide 10 post dated checks made payable to TASC, Inc.  Checks should be written for each month starting in September (Example: Sept 1st, Oct 1st, Nov 1st, etc).  The amount should be your monthly payment.

2)   Provide 5 post dated checks made payable to TASC, Inc.  Each check should be for the total amount of two monthly payments and can be dated as late as the 15th of every other month (Example; Sept 15th, Nov 15th, Jan 15th, etc.)
