Kindergarten Registration

Registration for Kindergarten students for September 2010 will be held on Wednesday January 20, 2010 and Thursday, January 21, 2010. Children who turn five years old as of December 1, 2010 are eligible to attend Kindergarten.

Parents/Legal Guardians are urged to register children according to the following schedule, utilizing the first letter of the child’s last name.

Wednesday, January 20, 2010
from 9:00 A.M.—11:00 A.M. (A-L)

Thursday, January 21, 2010
from 9:00 A.M.—11:00 A.M. (M-Z)

Registration takes place at the William E. Cottle School,
2 Siwanoy Blvd., Eastchester, NY in the auditorium.

Parents/Legal Guardians are required to present the following documents at registration time:

Two Proofs of Residence

Parents/Guardians must bring originals and one copy of the following:

Deed, co-op shares, property tax bill, or notarized lease
(valid thru June 2011)

Parents/Guardians must bring originals and one copy of the following:

Con Edison bill, water bill, New York State Driver’s License with your current address, current income tax return with printed current address label.

Proof of Child’s Age

Birth Certificate—Must be original with raised seal.

Child's Immunization Record including date of last physical exam.

Please call Mrs. Linn at 337-5376, extension 1273 to have a Kindergarten packet mailed to you before registration.
