(1) Tuckahoe Community Center, 71 Columbus Avenue, Tuckahoe, New York, for those persons residing in Election District A  (comprised of all areas within the geographical boundaries of the School District lying west of Midland Avenue)
(2) William E. Cottle Elementary School Auditorium, 2 Siwanoy Boulevard, Eastchester, New York, for those persons residing in Election District B

BOND PROPOSITION

RESOLVED: (a) That the Board of Education of the Tuckahoe Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, New York (the “District”), is hereby authorized to construct alterations and improvements to all District school buildings and the sites thereof and to expend an amount not to exceed $20,531,500; (b) that a tax is hereby voted in the amount of not to exceed $20,531,500 to finance such cost, such tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by said Board of Education; and (c) that in anticipation of said tax, bonds of the District are hereby authorized to be issued in the aggregate amount of not to exceed $20,531,500 and a tax is hereby voted to pay the interest on said bonds as the same shall become due and payable.

The Bond Proposition shall appear on the ballots used for voting at said Special District Meeting in substantially the above form.

*Beginning with the December 5, 2017 special vote, all Chester Heights residents will vote at William E. Cottle School. The district will have only 2 election district poll places: 
1) William E. Cottle School for all residents living east of Midland Avenue and
2) Tuckahoe Community Center for all residents living west of Midland Avenue.
